What you can and cannot do on this site, and what we are not responsible for.

The short version: this is a consulting portfolio and lead-qualification site. Use it honestly. The AI chat is a screening tool, not professional advice. We can change or remove anything at any time.

Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses continuous.engineering, including its subdomains and the AI chat, contact form, and manifesto features.

Permitted use

You may use this site to:

  • Learn about consulting and mentorship services offered by Shree Mandadi
  • Initiate contact for potential consulting engagements
  • Read and share public content including blog posts and the manifesto
  • Sign the manifesto to publicly declare your commitment to disciplined AI engineering

Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers against the API endpoints (AI search crawlers accessing static pages are welcome)
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through any form or the AI chat
  • Attempt to bypass, probe, or exploit the site's security controls (see the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy for responsible reporting)
  • Use the site for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate Shree Mandadi or any other person

AI chat

The AI chat (Maya) is powered by a large language model and is intended to help visitors understand whether a consulting engagement might be a fit. Maya's responses are generated automatically and do not constitute professional advice, legal advice, engineering recommendations, or a binding commitment of any kind. Do not make important decisions based solely on responses from Maya.

Conversations are stored and reviewed. By using the chat, you consent to your conversation being processed by a third-party AI provider and stored as described in the Privacy Policy.

Manifesto signatures

By signing the manifesto, you confirm you are a real person and that the information you submit is accurate. Signatures are public by design. Your name, username, title, company, location, note, and URL (if provided) are visible to all visitors. Your email address is kept private. You may edit or request removal of your signature at any time by emailing [email protected].

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, and code, is owned by Shree Mandadi unless otherwise noted. The manifesto text may be shared with attribution. Blog posts may be quoted with attribution and a link back to the original post. Do not reproduce content in bulk or for commercial purposes without written permission.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is. No guarantees are made about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Consulting engagements, if any, are governed by separate agreements, not these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Mandadi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
